Caldhos is a small food company specializing in the nutrition of natural products with diverse flavors of Brazilian cuisine. Its products, mainly distributed in the south and southeast of Brazil, besides the rich nutritional values, originated from a balanced diet, are of quick and easy preparation with healthy ingredients.
Caldohs emerged as an alternative venture to the local market, in the city of Três Rios, south-central state of Rio de Janeiro, due to a local gastronomic fair, where the climate conducive to consumption of warmer food was undoubtedly a stimulus to the initiative of people willing to renew and innovate in the interior cuisine.
The prospect of investing and renewing a product that until then has its origins homemade, in order to realize a true transformation in the production of these, in order to take people, wherever they were, the tradition and the delicious tastes of the wines region of this country was objective and the challenge to be overcome.
Thus, it was necessary to think and plan a visual identity with young, simple characteristics and, at the same time, to remember the homemade flavors of the interior wines, so that we could add and serve the target public in question, a quality option to the menu of these future consumers.
Thus, taking into consideration such aspects, the proposal was given in the elaboration of a logo inspired by a bowl and a spoon. Such elements are typical utensils used to serve in a tasting the table of these products, thus defining the symbology present in the construction of the preponderant visual factor.
The singular format developed in this work still makes possible the interpretation of satisfaction in the consumption of what is being tasted subliminally in the image of a face with a smile in the visual context as a whole.
